Here at Tailored Tees we always want our customers to be happy, however, if you need to return your item we understand. Buyers are responsible for returning any items you would like to return in the original packaging and in new condition within 15 days of the original purchase. You will be refunded for price you paid for the item you want to return (excluding shipping costs) and less a $7 restocking fee for T-shirts, $9 restocking fee for longsleeves, and $15 restocking fee for Hoodies.  We can only offer a 100% refund or exchange for defective orders because each of the item is custom made just for you. 

Please keep in mind, the images can look brighter on computer screens and can print differently depending on the shirt color. We do not guarantee an exact color match, especially if the shirt color has been changed.
